The property appraisal process typically results in accurate tax assessments, yet the actual process is subject to errors due to the nature of mass appraisal.  The assessor’s do not take the time to look at each individual property overlooking the inherent differences it may have from others.  This is what causes the blatant overvaluation and taxation which people are inflected with. 

As an independent third party, our expertise and resources are used to investigate, examine, and reconcile your business tax issues regarding excess payments and other liabilities.  In addition, we identify possible exemptions/credits for sales and use taxation and review past and current tax audits.
